Please do take note that this can only be offered at Hosea Kutako International Airport, Walvisbay Airport, Trans Kalahari Border Post and Katima Mulilo, Ngoma and Impalila Island Border Posts Below an extract on what your clients would need to present upon arrival. Note that the COVID procedures are no longer in place, no PCR tests required.
How to apply for a Visa

The procedure will require a visitor to complete a visa application form as he/she arrives at Hosea Kutako International Airport, Walvisbay Airport, Trans Kalahari Border Post and Katima Mulilo, Ngoma and Impalila Island Border Posts

Submit the complete application form together with valid passport to an immigration officer who will process the application.

Upon approval of the application, the immigration officer will request the applicant to make payment of N$1200.00 per Visa (Limited for 90 days)

Original valid passport, completed visa application form and Return ticket.

To facilitate the payment process, passengers are encouraged to carry credit/debit cards, as speed points are available. When credit or debit cards are not functioning, provision will be made for exchange of foreign currency at bureau de changes at the airport.
